Good reception, nice service, meals served quickly. very well for a little relaxing moment. never been disappointed for several years.

Very long and very noisy, we didn't get to talk!We went there with my old mother. We were placed in the benches in the middle of the crowd. I asked to change places, which was done nicely but this restaurant is really not soundproofed at all. It was unbearable! not to mention the kind but long service but it is the holidays.

On Wednesday, July 19th, we met at this restaurant. very superficial reception. at the table, the "sub-diter" director comes to take our order. And then another client calls him. He's forgetting us. The waiter, alone in the room, comes to take care of us. The wait is long. After the air, the dishes are late. A lot of customers leave. served dishes, ask for other drinks. We're always waiting for them. the sub-director (he appears to be director of this restaurant) begins to get rid of and there again he does not finish. the server ends the work started a second time. I'm out of the desert, I'm asking for my dessert, while this director speaks. He tells me I'm not very kind. He takes our order. The server is coming to see us for the dessert order. We give him our choice. and there surprise, my dessert has been unavailable for two days. Super the director doesn't even know. this person (director) is unfriendly, unpleasant. Frankly abuse arriving at 7:40 pm and left at 22:30 pm the longest meal of my life I have never waited so long between the dishes the quality not to the top and the service does not speak of it (I even speak of the friendliness of the server)To flee from any urgency !!!!

When the boss arrives a little sticky and very heavy. c'est surtout le service qui est null. Very long. you have to ask for the same thing several times to get the order. I'm talking about the server that will do better to sell cabbage flowers than to do service because we have managed to get our order from another more sympathetic and understanding waitress. and when you pay. ... put a layer of the boss with his zero jokes that doesn't make you want to go back there. from never seen in other buffalo restaurants. short the one is completely avoided.
