Dave Buster's - Concord

Appeared short staffed? our waitress was running food, taking orders and bussing tables. So be patient. Bring your phone because everything is ordered through their app. You must tip close out each time before receiving food drinks. Service was initially very fast great. And then it wasn?t. Waited over 20 mins for drinks even though they were sitting at the bar handoff for over 15 mins. Waters were never refilled. Ordered the octoberfest burger medium, and it came out lukewarm and well done ???????????the sauerkraut was weirdly dry and crispy. But the fried pickles we started with were hot cooked perfect so who knows. I understand the reasoning for mobile ordering but I personally am not a fan. Tables were left dirty for quite sometime due to lack of staff I assume. Many staff members pulling down masks while talking hovering over unserved food beverages. It?s a tough time for service workers and I understand that, so it is what it is and we tried to be patient. Game area wasn?t too busy lots of hand sanitizer stations available. ?Prize? area was very understocked.

The place was clean and the kids had an amazing time ! We hosted a sweet 16 in the play room, for privacy. We enjoyed every minute! The food was good too(favs:hot wings, queso, alfredo pasta and chicken garden salad)!

This review is more of a 3.5. I've been to this Dave Busters once before. And I remember having a good time. Food was okay but the dessert (churros) was really good. This time, I came here for birthday party. I ordered the Korean sticky ribs and the beast mode burger with parmasean truffle garlic fries (extra $3). The Korean sticky ribs were bomb, and I'd order again. The beast mode burger needed life support. It was not it. I was so excited reading what the burger had in it (bacon, bacon jam, pork belly) but you're gonna be disappointed that the bacon and pork belly is not crispy. I dont know what they did to the pork belly but it looked it was boiled or something? It was light in color and chewy. The fries were okay, there was no truffle flavor. I've had better truffle fries at shake shack. The arcade part of Dave busters was fun. All the games worked and I saw there was some hand sanitizer around but not as readily available as id like. For example there was many tables for drinks in the arcade area and I think that would've been a perfect place to have hand sanitizer.

Good place to go watch the game but the food is ok. The nachos I had the chips went stale quickly. The burrata dish was good but cheese wasn?t enough for all the bread. Good screen size to watch the games but over priced I?m my opinion.

This place is great from adults to children...wonderful location and good cold drinks and food...they totally changed the menu since ive been here pre COVID...but they still have decent food on the menu now...the crunchy cauliflower is ????...fish and chip is enough to feed 2 people since the fish is really big....great seating and tvs u can see from all places...on top more games to play on a reg...pita bread pizza yummy
