Rancheros Taqueria - Concord

I had went there to get a medium size container of guacamole and the cashier which was a younger Hispanic lady, hadn’t told me the price. She automatically told me to swipe my card. After looking at the receipt, she had charged me 13$ for just a medium container of guacamole. I’m so mad. Never going there again. Feel totally taken advantage of.

Came in right before closing they denied me the service. What a bad customer service.

I really enjoyed the chile verde at this restaurant, especially when Gabby was working. The horchata was also delicious and refreshing.

It seems like they have hired a new chef or made some other changes, but my dining experience was not great due to poor service. The cashier was unfriendly and I had to wait for a long time.
