Silverlake Ramen - Concord

My friends and I have been coming here for years whenever we meet up. Always a seat available and the staff is very accommodating. As far as the food, I haven't had 1 bad appetizer nor entree from Silver lake. This review is in regard to our most recent visit, I just wanted to compliment the team for pushing out 4 bowls of ramen, sides and appetizers so quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious. Personally I like my pork ramen a bit spicier and was not disappointed. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern, and I think just about anyone can enjoy themselves here.

Genuinely barely good ramen. Expect a whole more than an almost mediocre $18 bowl of ramen, especially when the word ramen is in it 's title. This wasn 't a one off, either we live in the area and have come here several times. I don 't know if these other people leaving good reviews don 't know what broth is supposed to taste like or if we 've been very unlucky every time. Leaving 2 stars because it 's edible and not disgusting, just also not good.

Whoever said this place was good…THEY LYING. You’re probably looking through reviews debating if this place is good to try out. Well that was me. The place itself, not the best looking. We had to seat ourself. Customer service is a 0. I might as well make my own food because no one was even serving us unless you call them (and they was not busy). Ordered the fried gyoza and it was pretty good. They didn’t give us any plates or anything when giving us appetizers. Ordered the classic ramen with chicken and this was the blandest ramen I’ve ever had. Everything was bland and disgusting. Store bought ramen has more flavor. Was not worth $16!! Then the server is gonna ask for a tip lol Please go somewhere else.

Great experience. Great Service. Good price. Our server was knowledgeable and hilarious.Great food. Flavorful. The Chicken Karaage Bowl was amazing. I got the regular size, and it hit the spot. The rice was on point. Sweet Tea was made to perfection. The sauces are really good. Plus, it's close to Concord Mills, other restaurants, strip mall, and proximity to 485. Delivery services station inside. Clean and fresh restroom.I shall return soon.

Amazing amazing food! tried my friends ramen and the broth alone was to die for. i got the Chicken Karaage Bowl and it was perfect!! super flavorful and spicy!i would definitely recommend take out as my group felt very rushed by staff
