Sonic Drive-in - Concord

Two great children.7 and 9. They loved it. Pickie eater. actually double cheeseburgers were quite large. the hatebrowns were spiced and crisp. very good. and yes, I also tried their foot-long dogs because I thought that sandwich would not be enough, but I was very full. 6’1 around 258, so they did the job. The woman is small framed hahahahahahahahahaha ate fries and a small dog. Their eyes were in the corner behind their head.

I don't know why it's so hard to make a simple soak order, but this place always confused it. three times I ordered a rt. 44 sweet tee, light ice, pfirsich add. twice I have no ice and another one was filled with ice. every 3 times the fancy taste was not added.

Second time in a month that I have been overcharged for an advertised special. This time I caught it at the window and canceled the order. Only happens at this location. No more.

The slowest service at any Sonic I have ever been to. Love Sonic and this one is so convenient to me. Consistently long waits even though there aren’t a lot of customers. Whoever the owner is needs to hire more staff. You have lost a loyal customer who would otherwise visit this location regularly.

Long line because it was Drive Through only (11:30 pm). Only got a Oreo Blast. Rather than making me wait in line, a team member brought it to me! Excellent customer service!!
