Tom's Crab Shack - Concord

I was a little bit careful when I try. a few mixed reviews. it did not help that, as we approached the door, a statement about their health report score card that there was a great injury....Staff was friendly and had us at our table fast. not many people in eating. the place was kind of funny, but in a cool way. they allowed people to write with sharpness at every wall at the place or whatever they had to write with. the tables are covered with plaster paper. the menu was initially a bit confusing, but after some study we found out. they had no prices on the menu, as they had ordered, they had no idea what it would cost. esszimmerpartner ordered a diet coke and I ordered icy sorry that we don't sell tee so I order a bottle of water. I'm sorry we don't sell bottled water. :ok give me a diabetes in a dose. once the order has been placed, it took only a short time to get our meal. here's what we ordered. crab boil with dungeness crab. I'm sorry that we're out of dungeness ok snow crab....like about 1.5 lbs. Unfortunately we only sell through the pound....so we ordered 1 lbs snow crumb, 1 lbs garnel, 2 mais, 3 red kartoffels and 1/2 lbs sausage. garlic and cajun spice mild. good, I must say, quite good seasoning mix, crumb and garnel was fresh, cartoffels were perfectly cooked and sausage had a wonderful texture and taste. they forgot one of the mais. the service was slow and no utensils were offered. we have dug with the hands and were confused with what to do with the dishes. we came to the conclusion, just stack them on the table together with the butter and kajun soaked serviettes we burned through at a steady pace....we got up at a point and find a waitress to get us a knife and fork. they delivered a set scissors with a crab cracker in. actually it was to grab bottle caps and turn them off.but it worked! I never got another drink, because the staff couldn't make the eye contact or watch over as we could enjoy our meal. we have restored the bill and I asked for a wet wipe, as I garlic cajun butter drop down my face and hands. I'm sorry that we are from wet wipes are $65.00 for the two of us with a lot of eating and a few doses so that was a little high, but eating was actually quite decent. to smiling. it is scary eating, eating was good, service lacked, price was fair for a little high. No, I didn't have the bad one to ask what the food security injury was. try it again in the future and give it another review.

No utensils on the table or even offered. Garlic fries were unsalted bland fries that someone dumped a ton of garlic chunks onto. A place that you'd expect to eat with your hands, they don't give you any wet wipes to clean up with. Most of my Wife's order of snow crab was empty shells! Do not order the fried oysters. 4 oysters. 4. On top of the before mentioned lame fries. This place needs a chef, not people to just dump seafood into boiling seasoned water. I had to stop on the way home to actually get a meal since what I got was so disappointing.

This place is really great! If you go on the right months for the seafood that is in season, you will get well quality food. Such as October to January is King Crab season and so I will definitely be going back during that time. ?

You literally can't get any service here. Everything took so long and I had to ask many times. I was pretty much ignored on purpose by the Hispanic female. Why did they have an attitude when we were nothing but nice from the get go?
