I love this place from ground up. came with some friends for a solemn birthday dinner. we were happy to rejoice in the Italian experience, we were sunk with the economical smell of pastas and steaks. the brot was so fluffy with a crispy edge. the brot with olive oil and oregano were great. a classic Italian starter. I ordered the chicken marsala, per recommended from the waitress. the sauce that overlaid the huh was so creamy and rich with taste. the mushroom marsala above seemed to melt in my mouth like a fluffy snowflake on a bright winter morning. the first bit forced me, audible moan, because my taste buds filled my body with pleasure. the chicken under grilled to perfection, my knife cut straight through like a hot knife through butter. even better was the taste of the chicken, carved with a sweet chewing gum texture. the side complicated the main dish nice. the Parmesan truffle fruits were baked in each bite with a crispy crispy crunch. the mashing potatoes are wonderfully paired with the remaining marsala sauce. the service was also above the tip. our needs have been met and exceeded. the smiling eyes of the whole waitress and the chef really allowed us to build a strong customer for the team connection. we had the opportunity to share a short but memorable moment with the waitress as she assured us that they had enough water to satisfy our needs. I highly recommend getting a desert, the chocolate cake was sweet and silky texture was the life changed. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming as we sat next to the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. in the details a restaurant character is often disclosed. everything was artistically unique, to the tassen who were curvy and had a very eye-catching shape. I will definitely return to this location in concord mills.

I and my friend come here all the time and eating is always great. we had friends from the city, so we stopped for dinner. tonight our service was absolutely terrible from our server dayna. we were asked if we wanted to broth more and it was never brought out. we also asked for extra balsamico glaze with the caprese salad and she brought a side of Balsamico vinaigrette after we were already made with our appetizer. our drinks remained empty for the whole experience. we also heard that they complained about their other table to another server. completely unacceptable. we will be back because we love this place, but we are dissatisfied with the service we received tonight.
