Saw this whilst boating on the river so went to find it. We were not disappointed. Excellent food with a great river view. And very reasonable, will be back

We've been coming to Confolens for 6 years now and I've always struggled to find a decent lunch venue but that's now in the past. This venue is not only stunning for the views when dining outside its food and service is excellent. The food is cooked with love and the setting is just gorgeous.Check out the tea selection also, amazing array of teas for every taste. The art is always changing inside and there is always something new to see. Highly recommended.

We visited this tea shop and gallery at the end of June. The service was friendly and polite, the cheesecake was gorgeous, coffee perfect and all at very reasonable prices. Some of the art was a bit iffy but then again that's very subjective. Would highly recommend.

We were looking for somewhere to have a midday snack because we were having guests over for an evening meal and didn't want to 'overeat' at lunchtime. The owner greeted us at the door as we passed. He was opening for the afternoon. We went in to find such a lovely place. We were invited to explore the terrace and found that it was situated by the river. We had coffee and a gorgeous piece of carrot cake. The coffee was great too. Such a lovely relaxed time.

Four of us visited on a slightly damp Wednesday in May. We sat right down by the river and enjoyed tea and cake. Just the job.
