Starbucks - Conifer

I then checked my sandwich and discovered it wasn’t the bacon, egg, and gouda sandwich I had ordered; it was actually egg white, ham, and bread, and it was falling apart. I stood there for a few minutes, hoping to explain that my order was completely wrong, but he kept passing by and ignoring me. Eventually, I ended up throwing away the drink and giving the sandwich to someone else. Then, I went to the actual Starbucks by Safeway, where I finally got the correct order.

I observed an employee folding towels for several minutes, and then just five minutes before closing time at 6 PM, I was informed that they were already closed. Food rating: 1/5.

During my latest visit, I encountered a rude woman who was preoccupied with playing games on her phone. When I approached to place my order, she scoffed at me as if I were inconveniencing her. It felt as though she couldn't be bothered with providing service. I've also noticed that she is quite unkind to her coworkers, treating them poorly. On a positive note, the other employees are friendly and attentive, and they're doing a fantastic job with customer service. It would be beneficial for them to reconsider their current management, as it seems like a change is needed. While the food and drinks deserve a solid 4.5 stars, I believe the staff would greatly benefit from some sensitivity training to improve their overall service.

Wow......it's a sad day. I got my favorite drink today (Venti Chai) and instead of the usual $6 the cost was $8, a 33% increase! I ask if Starbucks has increased it's prices and was informed they have indeed increased prices. The staff here is always great and the drink was made to perfection, but $8 is a bit much for a 20oz drink. It will likely be my last. I'll miss you chai.

More than once they have closed early, very frustrating! I'm finding more than often I will go to Dutch Bros because I don't want to drive to this location only to find it closed.
