Carlos Charlie's

25 years ago, I had Chicken Mole in the restaurant Zona Rosa. I remember being incomparable. I've never been able to make this dish almost as delicious as I remember. Is it possible to get the recipe?

I understand that the food on the water at Carlos and Charlie's is a Austin experience. I enjoyed the experience. I don't enjoy the food. No matter where you eat, it should be better than what you can prepare at home, and at $10 to $15 a plate, it should be some quality to it. It was very disappointing. Drink, forget the food!

My husband and I stumbled upon Carlos ' and Charlie 's by accident in Cancun. I was hungry and it looked like a fun place to go. We were quickly greeted and seated next to the open windows. Our waiter, ;Paco ; was hands down the best! He put long straws in my hair and made me look like the Statue of Liberty, then had me stand on a chair. The drinks were awesome and we had a ;shot girl ; come by and offer us shots. We both did one that she fed us. Afterwards, she shook our head and grabbed our tits on both of us, blowing a whistle the whole time! I just have never experienced such a fun, neat place. It 's a party all the time there. The waiters walk around pulling pranks on people and singing their hearts out! We even had a magician come by our table and perform. I 'll never forget my dinner at Carlos ' and Charlie 's! CHEERS!!!
