Wendy's - Conover

The food was good. Kaschiere, Donna, was as nice as ever. Unfortunately, this Wendy's was not stopped today. Trash containers were overflowing, trays stacked with garbage on them, tea/dlid station area was disgusting and small ketchup cups were just sitting on dirty counter area. The dining area was not much better. Hope that was just a bad day incident (can be made for whatever reason).

My wife n I always get the 4 for $4 n it's good, but today we were there around 11 am n the fries were cold n the ketchup almost empty. Should if had fresh fries and plenty of ketchup !! Shift manager needs to step up.

I love Wendy's! The service is always excellent, and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend the 4 for 4, and I like to add chili to my Double Stacker—it's amazing! I'm not a fan of Wendy's fries, so I usually opt for a side salad instead. Overall, Wendy's offers great fast food at affordable prices.

We visited the restaurant today and noticed they were a bit short-staffed, which caused some delays in getting our order. However, the manager informed us about the situation and asked for our patience, which we gladly offered. When our food arrived, it was fresh and delicious. The staff was very kind and handled the situation well. Overall, management excelled, and we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended! The place was also very clean.

It used to be a fantastic fast food spot, but lately it has become mediocre. Waiting 20 minutes at noon is definitely a downside, especially when there are only five people ahead of you. The management needs to address this issue. Over the past few months, it seems like the quality has been declining. I stopped by today, and Donna was as pleasant as always. The lunch service has improved a bit, but there is still a lot of room for enhancement.
