Írjon visszajelzéstToday my mom and I went to Black Walnut Cafe for lunch. It was fun because we got to se the planes take off. Of course our lunch was great! My mom had the shrimp Alfredo and a side of sweet potato fries. Don?t ask! ???? I had the Birria tacos with streetcorn on the side. All tasted good and worth the drive! I would recommend going with not only with friends but with family. Iwould recommend especially taking your kids because they willl be very impressed ????
So this place is a bit different you have to order your food then pick your own table to sit at in or outdoors. They provide a great view of the airport and planes including the run way. The staff is very kind and on your first visit you can qualify toget $10 off I think based on how much you spend. The cookies were fantastic. The hot chocolate tasted liked water and they donot have Dr Pepper. All the ingredients of the omelette was placed on top of the eggs instead of inside. The potatoes and hamtasted great and the omelette was fluffy. The pot roast and mashed potatoes were good the meat was tender however the mashedpotatoes seem runny. The ice tea was delicious. Oh and garlic bread came with the pot roast and it was perfectly delicious. Thepan cake was fluffy and tasty.
As a regular at the Woodlands location, I must say that the food is absolutely fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. Only half of our order was delivered, and I had to make two trips to the front to get the rest, including my mimosas flight, which I only received after I had already finished half my meal. I ended up sitting at the bar waiting while my food went cold because the staff claimed they were busy when I arrived at 11:30 AM, even though there was just one couple ahead of me and no one behind, with about three-quarters of the dining room completely empty. I've been there on Mother's Day, and that was truly busy. It would make more sense to offer traditional mimosas flights like the other location instead of blending the frozen ones if they can't keep up with the brunch demand.
If you're looking to enjoy a tasty breakfast while watching planes take off and land, this is the perfect place. The breakfast is delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful. It's a great spot to take the family for a Sunday breakfast and make it a memorable experience.
We had a delightful brunch this Saturday morning. The café was clean and, even though it was quite busy, our food came out quickly and it wasn't overly noisy. The planes taking off and landing offered a nice view. The food was simply delicious; I ordered the avocado bacon eggs Benedict, while my partner had breakfast brisket tacos. Both dishes were fantastic. We'll definitely be back!
