Buffalo Wild Wings - Conroe

Yesterday at this place and worst experience by far. we arrived at 7:50 a.m. and it took 35 minutes to get water (after the fact that we had to get up and directly request it again) before the water we were brought our appetizers without drinks, then another 15 minutes to our drinks from the bar that were ordered at the same time. then the manager said that she would take $15 of our bill for the inconvenience, but if we got the bill, it said 20% of $25 so it decreased $7 and some change from our $67 bill.

Zero stars. I love bbw, but this place is terrible. my last visits were nonsense. I'll never come back. first visit, they took our order forever, and that was brought apart for over ten minutes. second visit, the same eating took forever and each other was brought out at different times. the third visit was yesterday. we sat fast. we sat for over ten minutes before someone ordered our drink. we wanted three water and three beers. we waited another 15 minutes and had no water and beer yet. 25 minutes and can not even bring a water to the table is nonsense. the waiter came by and said a few more minutes on the drinks and told us that the kitchen is secured. we decided to get up and go. do not visit this place. needs new management.

A great service! first it took 40 minutes, just to take our order, drink without a stray, we asked our server 2 times, 0 reaction! brought wings no teller, no serviettes, so they literally have to ask for every thing. And for the first time I see such kind of celery and carrots as they really don't serve as they are food at all! throw them left over carrots with dirt on it! celery looks totally dead

Soou, I thought I'd bring the woman and the child for a quick bite. the waitress, jackie was nice enough. the drinks took one on the table. then my wife's boneless whin was all broth. So we re-ordered the bone. her salat took forever, and as it....oh young! they pic. the tomats were soggy and brown, the salat was brown around the edges. it should be a cheerful chicken salad, but good, they see what has arrived. we also sent this back. in the meantime, our young and I are finished, still no bone in the whn for the woman, so we have paid and left. the manager took everything out of the ticket, but we won't go back here.

We went in just to get some sauces and had to wait a bit long. I understand they might not have a lot of front end help. Just about 8 people walked by while not one asked if we needed any help. I hope they fix that for future customers. They had the Caribbean Jerk and desert rub I needed for a family gathering. So all in all I walked away with what I needed.On a positive note the food is always good and the staff is usually kind and helpful. I hope this was just a busy off day with not enough front end help.
