Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Conroe

If I could give no stars I would. I asked for shrimp and they said they were out until tomorrow...(not their fault) but wait time was over 28 minutes through the drive thru and when I got to the window....they didn't know what I ordered and then said the wait for my sandwich (all I ordered...A SANDWICH, not even a meal) would take an additional 4 1/2 minutes. That was my entire lunch break. They asked if I had time to wait or refund my money. I took the refund.

Food is good if you can get it. They NEVER have chicken tenders anymore. So disappointed.

So disappointed with the service, they gave me biscuit that was actually dirty they either drop it and still put it with my order. That should tell you how dirty this store is.

This is ridiculous that I paid over 46 dollars for food that is old. First they miss a whole meal with a large side. I go and get the missing items! Mind you I live 10 to 15 mind away. I get home and they still give me the wrong size of side. The chicken strips were old. This isn't the first time it happens.

Bought two tender meals and both had old hard raggity ass tenders in them. Tougher than a Justin boot!
