Taco Bell - Conroe

4 stars to 1. After more than 5 minutes wait than the ONLY person in the line while they were not busy, my order was taken quite devastatingly. The service has become to put it blunt, lazy. I refuse to use self-service modules because they are often dirty, and cannot stand when the staff looks at me 20 times because I want to order with a real person. I gave this place several chances before I changed my rating, and unfortunately it has always been the same experience. 15 minutes for a single $6 combo. If there is no inconvenience for you, I have recommened the location throughout the city at High School.

I suggest that the night staff be replaced! They messed up my order and then just left me on hold. This Taco Bell was a complete disappointment—definitely avoid it!

Terrible service, do not make food right and they roll their eyes to the customer like their fault. I will not be back to this place management needs to be updated in customer service skills only my option! Food: 1/5

The drive-thru was fast and efficient. The staff member I interacted with was cheerful and friendly, making for a pleasant experience overall. Food rating: 5/5.
