On Plonge - Constanţa

This restaurant was a pretty upscale one when it opened and it had the prices that reflected that. Food used to be very good (99% fish and seafood). Nowadays it is too crowded in the summer and totally empty during offseason. We went inside and it was empty but waiters still took 15 minutes to take our order. The pasta with mussels was below average with frozen mussels and reheated thick, dry sauce. They mostly serve fish&chips styld of food.

Good place to eat fish at reasonable prices in Constanta. The dishes are large and the food is fresh and tasty.

The staff is amazing. The food is very well prepared, the tables are very well sanitized after each client. The bathroom is very clean. You can have seats on the terrace (with heaters) or inside. All the time the waiters are present and ready to help. Excellent!

Awfully rude personnel. Will not step foot here again. It used to be a very good restaurant years ago.

On Plonge hotel in Constanta is a very nice place to stay. Very close to Mamaja and its attractions but also very quiet. The view to the lake is relaxing and the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable but breakfast could be better (more options) and some noises in rooms could be fixed (dripping water, etc).
