My recent experience at this restaurant was terrible. I called to order 3 sushi rolls at 6:45, and was told they would be ready in about 40 minutes. I arrived around 7:30, giving them 45 minutes to prepare the rolls. When I went inside, I informed the staff about my order. They found the ticket, brought me to the register, and I paid with a $20 bill and a penny.

This restaurant has been consistently declining in quality over the past few months. The staff is very rude and inconsiderate, and today their credit card machine wasn't working. We were told we couldn't leave until it was fixed, even though it wasn't their fault. On top of that, they made rude comments which was very unprofessional. What a shame!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but there is not enough space for the staff to properly prepare sushi. The restaurant has too many tables for the limited staff, which adds to the chaos of crowded dining and long wait times for sushi orders. Despite the 45-minute wait for sushi, it is worth it. However, the overall dining experience could be improved with a larger dining room and fewer tables.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! all was amazing, from the suppe and salat, to the hibachi and sushi. Tuesday, Friday and Saturday is 50% sushi and I spent less today on 2 rolls, a hibachi menu, and suppe and salat, which I had spent in another restaurant, like fuji. I drove 2.5 hours to come here and you can bet I'll do it again! I should have taken pictures before we got in, but I was hungry. lol

My rating is based strictly on the food as I order takeout from there. Their sushi is ok, not the greatest but not bad either. I just ordered spring rolls and pad thai though and couldn't finish either of them. The spring rolls were bitter tasting as though the cabbage was old and the pad thai was just noodles, shaved carrots and crushed peanuts, it didn't include any sort of meat, tofu, eggs or other veggies that typically makeup pad thai.
