The staff at this restaurant should be trained to properly shake a green tea. When a shaken green tea is made correctly, it should have a frothy top. If they are told that the tea needs to be shaken, they should not just say that it has already been shaken when it clearly has not.

Just stopped by for coffee at 11:10, and it was closed. All the signs say it's open until 12:30. This has been happening a lot. They need to update their hours of operation or stop closing early.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the recent remodel is a great improvement for the campus. However, regardless of the number of people waiting in line, the staff are always slow to serve customers. It would be beneficial to use the second cash register and hire additional staff during busy periods.
