Mcdonald's - Conyers

Easy in and out. I ordered and ate inside. There was no line when I arrived and the food came quickly. It was a pleasant experience.

The service here was excellent as usual, but this time I found that some of my items were missing. The two drinks and a McChicken I ordered were not included in the bag. Normally, I would have gone back to retrieve them after getting home, but I was running late from work and just wanted to relax at home. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The rest of our food was hot, and they got my customization requests right, which was more important to me. So, I can overlook the $3 that wasn't in the bag. I'll continue to come here, but I think I'll start checking my bag before I leave.

This McDonald's is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My food order is almost always accurate when I go through the drive-thru. The managers are attentive and handle any food or order issues promptly. On the downside, seating can be a bit cramped during peak hours, and trainees may take longer to prepare orders or may not get special drink requests right. Additionally, there are times when their card network is down, and they only accept cash. Overall, this is a welcoming and comfortable McDonald's.

After taking my order, he noticed a little boy, around 6 or 7 years old, who approached the counter and asked for some ketchup. The young man asked the boy how many he needed, and the boy replied, “a couple.” The young worker handed him two packets, but sensing the boy still wanted more, he asked, "Did you mean a few?" and then pulled out three more packets. The boy's face lit up, as if to say, “That’s better!” The young man then patiently explained to him, “Remember this: a couple is 2, a few is 3 to 5, and several is more than that!” He handed the boy a handful of ketchup, and the boy smiled brightly as he returned to his table. I told the young man that he might want to consider a career in teaching, to which he replied with a smile, “Both of my parents are teachers! I might be an art teacher!” What a wonderful young man! Kudos to his parents for raising such an impressive individual! I just wish I had caught his name so that I could inform the management about how amazing he was. I think I’ll give them a call today; I'm sure they’ll know who he is!
