Bp - COOLONGOLOOK

The food was undercooked, greasy, and revolting. It was overpriced and not worth the money. The management was disrespectful. The restaurant was very unclean, with staff smoking out back and then serving customers without washing their hands. Additionally, there was a child working in the kitchen with her mother. I will not be returning to this establishment and will warn others in the area to avoid it.

While heading home to the Central Coast, we made a pit stop to refuel and grab a bite to eat. I picked up two pies, which were incredibly delicious and well worth the $6 each. We enjoyed them at a nearby park under the sun.

The restroom was actually not as bad as I had feared, given some of the reviews I had read. However, I was disappointed that they would not fill my water bottle and claimed that they do not provide drinking water on the premises, insisting that I buy a plastic bottle instead. It's hard to believe that there isn't even drinking water available for the staff.

Recently stopped at coolongolook and bought fuel... ask for the use of the bathroom.. Took one look and went to leave.. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, toilet paper all over the floor and toilet itself was so grosse.... Told the male attendant before I left that they should clean the toilet as a matter if urgency..

Lady serving the fast food had the worst attitude and real greasy food 2:30
