New Earth Cafe - Coolum Beach

This restaurant is situated in a peaceful and lovely location, with a relaxed and casual vibe from the staff. While our coffees were a bit strong and thick, it seems like we may have just caught the barista on an off day based on other reviews. The restaurant also offers grocery items for purchase. The food may take some time to be served, most likely because it is all made from scratch. Enjoy the outdoor seating on the comfy couches and unwind.

The coffee at this restaurant is excellent! We tried the tempeh and Mexican wrap, and we could have easily shared one between the two of us. The flavors were delicious.

I tried the Mexican wrap. It was big, flavorful, and not too heavy. The unique flavors were a pleasant surprise. The price was quite reasonable.

I’ve eaten here two years ago prior to Covid 19 and was so stoked at the food, snacks and groceries on offer. Unfortunately when I returned two weeks ago staff were incredibly rude, ignored us twice as they only seemed to interact with locals that they knew. The owner was hugging her friend and explaining how she had covid really bad for 15 days but refused to get tested while we waited to be acknowledged and see a menu. We were then ignored a second time when trying to order. Plenty of anti vax propaganda signs around, no staff wearing masks, and ironically a sign saying “anyone is welcome as long as they have a good attitude”. Well the attitude of this place stinks!
