Mcdonald's - Coon Rapids

Almost every time I go to this place, they forget something in my order or screw up a special question. Today they forgot the sandwich of my sohnes and of course, as they only have the drive open, I had to sit in the long line of the customers for 10 to 15 minutes so that they gave me the sandwich that was missed. food: 3/5

Disappointed that they didn't even want to make grilled tweeper for the burgers what I disappointed the last time I went there and they grilled tweezers now from any reason that manager gnade says they don't do that I just think they don't do dark jobs and lazy to be not eating for the customers. even if they are not happy

Every time I come to this location always waiting Morning services terrible No one's never at the cash till Ask them for something they always walk away act like they don't understand me, on many occasions Sorry but I've always tried to be understanding but it sucks seem like they're always on break Whoever is managing this location needs to be aware of this this is every morning

I went to the restaurant tonight . Was in a hurry to get something so I could meet my wife in emergency room. I went inside to place order. It was dead. The 4 workers didn't even acknowledge me. I sat there staring at one guy, he made a comment to a girl playing on her phone. I stood there for 5 minutes at register. Nothing.I yelled that I was being ignored and they didn't even look up.Went to Taco Bell and they rushed my order. And I was out in 5 minutes.

Probably the nastiest mc Donalds I've been to. Lobby is filthy, employees are horrible and the bathroom was flooded also had no hand soap. Who ever owns this location should be ashamed
