White Castle - Coon Rapids

We waited almost ten minutes from the time someone said they'd be right with us at the drive thru to someone taking our order. This was the only downside. The food is always exactly what I'm looking for: cheap and great after a smoke sesh

Food was to as expected, which in this case was a good thing. Service was a bit surly, almost grudgingly done like I was an interruption. The drive through signs weren't operational and the intercom was barely operational. White Castle, clean up your act.

The floors were so greasy, dirty and sticky! Waited a long time to be waited on inside, even though we were the only ones inside. The tables all needed to be wiped...full of crumbs and pop. The only reason I have 2 stars was because the food was hot and fresh. This place NEEDS a DEEP CLEANING! I won't be going back there.

I gave 2 stars for the food being hot, but the order was not 100% right. My hubby ordered ghost pepper cheese on one, and let's say that the cheese was ghost: missing the pepper part. It was just regular. Also, while my hubby and I were eating inside, we noticed many cars outside waiting in the drive-through for A LONG TIME for their food. Speaking of eating inside, the dining room floor was DISGUSTING. While ordering our food, our feet were sticking onto the floor with every step. Most of the table tops had specks of crumbs on them, and the ceiling vents were also DISGUSTING. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. The onion chips I had had an old grease taste to the, so that says its probably needing some cleaning too. This place is voted as one of the best places to work but maybe it's because they don't have to do any cleaning! I'm sorry but cleanliness is important to me so I won't be back to this location. I have included pictures. Just nasty.

Food was fresh and all, but wanted to bring attention to their system for online/mobile orders. I put one in for pickup at a certain time, went in the store, and asked about my mobile order. They needed to go through and add the order manually saying they don't ever see these. Another woman came in after me with an online order and had to do the same thing. Long story short don't bother ordering ahead online because they won't see it.
