Jc's Burger - Coppell

Over priced, under staffed, good burger, bad sides. Let me start by saying the one woman working the register, cleaning tables and delivering orders was doing well, there should have been 3 people though. Burger $12 tastes good, fries you order separately $4 are horrible. Skip the soda because calories, and your meal is already $16 for a burger. This is where chaos begins, apparently my request for a glass for water was a crazy idea. They have 1oz styrofoam cups by the fountain. I don't want that, I just want a glass, you have a full bar, you must own glasses right? She brings me plastic cups, which I find very wasteful, like 1990s oblivious that a landfill exists kind of wasteful. Long story short, I never got my glass, under-staffed like I mentioned before. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I won't be going back.

The experience my family and I had was excellent. It was our first time so we tried many different items and nothing disappointed. I would recommend to any burger lover and would return.

Food was ok. Ordered on grubhub... Forgot to add queso... The challenge burger was good no shirt tho. Fried jalapeno was not what I expected Onion rings were solid Other burger was lacking

Worst Turkey burger ever, don?t waste your money on this place. After waiting 25 minutes on carry out order on a Monday night in an pretty much empty restaurant my husband ordered a grilled chicken burger and I ordered a turkey burger. Turkey burger had brownish old guacamole as per pic) and you couldn?t tell that was turkey since it wasn?t lean ground turkey and it was overcooked. I was tempted to go back to return it but didn?t want to waste any more money so not coming back!

BUYERS BE AWARE!!!! Super friendly manager/ owner only for Dwight customers. Manager never apologized nor acknowledge the error. In addition, not only was my visit horrible, the food was incredible nasty. Onion rings were extremely greasy and salty couldn?t eat any of it. Guacamole on the side brown and ranch sauce I never ordered nor received. See photos below. All in all just a waste of money. Buyers be ware of these small chains
