Domino's Pizza - Coquitlam

I was told the delivery would take anywhere from half an hour to 45 minutes. After calling at the 45-minute mark, I was told my order was on the way. The delivery person was friendly, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my experience. When I received the food, I could immediately tell that it was cold. Upon opening the box, it became apparent that the pizza resembled a frozen pizza from a supermarket brand. One bite confirmed my suspicions - the food was disgusting, cold, and as hard as rock. It was so unappetizing that I couldn't stomach more than a bite. I would not recommend ordering from this place.

I really enjoy their pizzas, their prices are amazing, and they offer delicious hot pizzas for only $4. They have convenient online ordering as well as phone ordering options.

Our pizza was ordered at 6:19 according to the online tracker and was sent out for delivery at 6:46. The restaurant website promises delivery within 31-41 minutes from the time of ordering. However, after receiving defensive answers during two phone calls inquiring about the status of our pizza, we were informed that they were short-staffed with only five drivers. Our cold pizza finally arrived at 7:45. It would be helpful for the restaurant to inform customers of their current busy period at the time of ordering so that expectations can be adjusted or alternative options can be considered. Although we did receive a slight discount for the delay and failure to meet the delivery deadline, overall it was not a satisfactory experience.

We always order from this place and our experience was great. The pizzas are good and the customer service is excellent.

Portion: your standard pizza...nothing more nothing less Won't make you drool...won't...make you want it every day...wont disappoint you either unless you are really really really picky!
