Fatburger Lougheed Coquitlam

They switched up our burger with another customer's just because the lady that handed our order can't be bothered to tell us what she's handing out to us. She snatched our number without asking whether or not we're waiting for more items, which we are (milkshake). Then a bit later, other employee was going around tables asking who ordered what was supposed to be our burger, which at this point we already cut the other burger in half and did not realize it was the wrong burger until we did so, and we just decided to eat it because it was the same price. Yeah, they probably had to make another burger for that other customer wasting the burger we ordered. This is what happens when simple communication is needed and you cannot be bothered to do.

We came in to this location late, just 15 minutes before they close, and the person who took our order was amazing, very big beautiful smile, and welcome. The food was made very fresh and delicious. Thank you store owner, and thank you Rebeca. Amazing service and positive energy to the last minutes.

The food is as awesome as the people who work here. Super friendly and helpful. I rather spend my money here than other fast food joints.

For the price this burger is darn good. Service and food was excellent. Perfect for someone who is looking for something more than the regular fast food joint. This restaurant exceeded my expectations for value and quality.

I was really surprised at how GOOD their food is. Tried their Hawaiian style burger and really yummy, cheese was thick sliced and melted, bacon was smoky flavored and 2 big slices, and the patty wasn't greasy at all but, very tasty. Shared the hot wings and they were crispy, and sauced just right. I didn't try the chicken strips but they looked hand breaded (not just frozen and fried). We were asked how our meal was twice, and service was quick and friendly. I will definitely go back.
