Every time I go there, they are rude and short and not helpful when you have a question about the menu or need a second to decide. The girls at the window are nice, though. If you hate your job that much, just get a different job, not in customer service.
This Tim Hortons suffers the same fate as the one just a few kms on Lougheed Hwy as well where the drive thru is more important than the people inside! i've been there a few times unfortunately and i have to wait about 10 minutes to get a cashier to take my order and another 15 minutes to get my full order completed so all in all it's about a 30 minute wait if you walk in vs probably a 5-10 minute wait if you drive thru! the poor person making the food is usually overwhelmed while 2 people just take quick orders on the drive thru,! overall not well managed
This Tim Hortons location is always bustling with cars, but the staff is friendly and accommodating. It is an excellent spot for hosting office meetings with clients.
I have never had such a strange and rude experience at a Tim Hortons before. First, the woman on the loudspeaker rushed our order and was extremely impatient. When I tried to correct my breakfast sandwich order to a wrap, she insisted that I had asked for a sandwich. Feeling overwhelmed, we decided to quickly add a coffee at the window, but were told that since we hadn't ordered it on the speaker, we couldn't add it. Despite our car being full of people wanting to order food and drinks, we were put off by her rudeness and impatience. It seemed as though they were too focused on the long line of cars and not enough on improving their customer service.
Today at 9:30 a.m., the worker at the restaurant was extremely impolite. Additionally, I purchased a Boston cream donut which was placed in a paper bag.
