My family was visiting from out of town, and I was really looking forward to taking them out for brunch. I made a reservation for six people on a Sunday, only to discover that the restaurant was closed when we arrived. We had to rush to find another place to eat at the last minute. It’s very disrespectful to allow reservations to be booked for days when the restaurant is not open. Meanwhile, nearly every restaurant in Miami has started imposing hefty fees for no-shows. Do these establishments forget that we’re paying for a service? A little more consideration for your customers would be appreciated.
