Chipotle Mexican Grill - Coral Springs

This place really frustrates me. I ordered a bowl with guacamole, but they forgot the guacamole. I went back to correct my order, and they ended up adding beans instead. It feels like they must be out of it because there’s no way they could mess up my order twice when they had it right in front of them on the receipt. It seems like they're just hiring anyone.

Awful experience at this restaurant. The place was filthy with food scattered everywhere. There were ten people inside just socializing, and only one person was taking orders. The line was long, and no one came to assist.

Friendly staff working there, greet you when ready to take your order. Service is fast and the food is always fresh. Ordered the salad bowl (which I created and didn't get credit for) with chicken and it is a full meal. Will be back to visit this location

OMG stay awayyy NASTY , I used to frequent this chipotle before moving to Boca. I decided to pop by there one day when I was down south . Walking in and joining the line I noticed the place was nasty garbage all over the floor then at the order counter food droppings were all over the floor and counter. I sucked it up and proceeded to make my order with their confused employees . Almost done ordering and a big fat fly flew in and pitched on my food. I told the guy to get rid of the flies and to cancel my order , he didn't seem to care and just went on to other orders. Never again

I came around 10:00 PM on Saturday night. Terrible customer service, waited in line for about five minutes while staff just stared blankly. One worker was using a dirty rag to wipe down the counters (also swiping the food from her dirty rag back into the food buckets). The employees were essentially zombies. They obviously didn’t want to be there but you can at least pretend you have customer service skills.
