Dunkin' - Coral Springs

Horrible experience. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Long wait. Saw manager wasn't even delegating work or have somebody to come up there to take care of the four and five customers in line and then more came after that so it was a good 89 customers and they didn't acknowledge anybody yet. This Duncan needs to revamp and rehire. Delegation and communication is key.

Don't order coffee from this place! I had to go back twice and repeat my order multiple times, yet it still tasted terrible.

Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese, on a everything bagel to go this morning. The bagel was so hard, the Panthers could use it in their hockey games. So over miked. Never again. Will shop elsewhere.

While the young man taking my order was great and my latte was very good the conversation and subject matter amongst the other employees on duty was a little disappointing. Just not very professional at all

I like this DD. It's a small place but is almost never full or overcrowded. The staff works to get your order completed quickly and accurately. They've gotten my order wrong on two occasions and they quickly fixed it without any fuss. It's also only a few yards away from Arby's in case you want to get your sandwich fix on.
