Einstein Bros. Bagels - Coral Springs

I chose the asiago bagel with plain cream cheese. I also couldn’t resist trying the caramel cold brew shake—it was amazing! I made an order this morning on the app to the coral spring location. I arrived to the store and they couldn’t find my order. I waited for 15 min and they did not want to make the order for me even though I showed them the receipt in the app and my credit card. I was late to meeting and there was no apology or intention to help. I would never go back to this store. Horrible customer service

I usually go to the Einstein’s by my house in Miami but I’m in Coral Springs for work. Soooo disappointed!!! This place is gross. Dark, dirty and I think the ceiling tiles are about to fall down from all the grime. Coffee was cold. I’m here for a while so I’ll just stick to Panera.

A trip to New York by the owners would be helpful. Maybe order a bagel with some home made unprocessed cheeses. Ever heard of sliced fresh smoked salmon? Whitefish salad? Bagels were stale and maybe the packaged xheese should be without Xanrhan gum. maybe as an alternative you should try antifreeze (ethylene glycol)

I ordered a brisket sandwich many times from this store and it was great but today they didn’t put enough brisket on my bread and it was mostly bread and egg. If I wanted an egg sandwich that’s what I would have ordered a egg sandwich. Then they have the sandwich wrapped so tightly you can’t see how much meat is on your sandwich until you get home or work to sit down and eat it. I’m just not happy with the service today!
