Einstein Bros. Bagels - Coral Springs

My mother passed this morning and I stop at this location to get bagels and coffee for the family coming to the house. The woman who took my order was so rude. We stood at the register as she just looked at us from the other side of the counter. We are still waiting and eventually she tells us to come to the other end to order. Then she gave us attitude when we were ordering. I will stick to the plantation location. Then threw the cups and creamer on the counter but didn’t tell us that the items were for us. She was wearing a plain black tshirt. Not the woman with a collared shirt. She was very helpful. Thank you to Debbie for being so helpful on such a terrible day.

I made an order this morning on the app to the coral spring location. I arrived to the store and they couldn’t find my order. I waited for 15 min and they did not want to make the order for me even though I showed them the receipt in the app and my credit card. I was late to meeting and there was no apology or intention to help. I would never go back to this store. Horrible customer service

I usually go to the Einstein’s by my house in Miami but I’m in Coral Springs for work. Soooo disappointed!!! This place is gross. Dark, dirty and I think the ceiling tiles are about to fall down from all the grime. Coffee was cold. I’m here for a while so I’ll just stick to Panera.

Ordered 2 of my usual Nova Lox bagel, first time at this location, unfortunately BOTH bagels barely had any cream cheese in it, didn’t taste the same, never at this location again

I haven’t been to Einsteins in a while but I was craving it for nostalgia and was really excited to go and man was it a let down. It was really run down and I feel bad because obviously the pandemic clearly affected business at this location. The service was horrible.. they weren’t rude all the way but they were very uninterested, I was the only place in the store, they were working on a pick order and had another on the table waiting to be picked up but it took FOREVER for them to make my order. I only ordered 2 things
