Kfc - Coral Springs

The dishes were extremely dry and cold, with flavors that felt hours old. The food didn't taste fresh at all! It was served to us in just a matter of seconds, which made it clear that it had been sitting around for a while.

I had the worst experience at KFC today (10/4/21) at 9:27 PM. The employee I encountered was extremely rude and lacked proper manners. When I tried to voice my complaints, she shut the window on me. I returned my food and requested a refund because they didn’t include ketchup, mayonnaise, or napkins, and they outright refused to sell me the biscuits. This location has terrible service—I'd recommend going to another nearby KFC instead.

Food was not cooked well. I came at lunch time and they were out of several items. Chicken felt it was cooked a bit too long and no thickness to it.

Went to KFC and the the place was closed so I had to go to the drive through. The lady had an attitude. The classic fried chicken was dry, flat and tasted like it was there for 3 days. I will not be going back, very nasty.

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at this KFC. The staff taking orders at the drive-thru were quite rude, even when we asked just a simple question. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent issue during all our visits. I cannot recommend this particular location.
