Steak 'n Shake - Coral Springs

Honestly speaking about all a pretty bad experience, but the food was pretty good. Our waiter hardly said anything else while waiting for us. After a long wait for our food (they get it, I worked in the food industry for a while, I know how it can be) but then when we finally got our food our waiter did not bring us our shakes (one of them was the wrong taste) we had to hunt him down and ask for them and once we got them, you can say that they were sitting for a while because they were half melted. Together with our shakes not given, we were not given napkins or cutlery and our food was hardly warm as if it was sitting for a while. However, another waitress Aubey, I think, helped us out and was a sunbeam and made the experience more pleasant. She's the reason I leave 3 stars instead of 1.

Where do I begin? Let's start with the bathroom. The men's room is a hot mess. The garbage cans in there are over flowing. The wait for food is way too long for a place like this. We noticed that this location is either A) understaffed or B) mismanaged. No one is providing direction in the kitchen, which translates to higher wait times. There are people right now that are around me and have yet to receive their food and were here before our arrival. My review is not based on the food, but the way this place is being run. We probably won't be back.

First time back in years. They have new kiosks so you can order quickly and without confusion. Restaurant is clean and there is plenty of seating. Staff was super friendly and really made my experience. Def recommend signing up for their club to getspecial discounts and coupons. I'll be back!

This place is definitely one of the most pleasant places in the neighborhood. Whenever I get there, I'm very happy. They keep their high standard service and the highest cooking level they give. You will definitely enjoy this restaurant. Very recommended.

On the last day of the year I had a birthday reward and the service was impeccable. Staff and managers were hospitable and friendly. I enjoyed the order/pick up service.
