Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Coralville

We eat here every so often. It is about 90 minutes from our home, so it is a bit a a drive but worth it! its a great place to grab a meal while shopping just across the highway from the mall. Cheddars has always produces excellent meals for use whether we are grabbing sandwiches or one of their larger meals. food this hot, fresh well plated. The facility is clean stylish. Parking is abundant all around the restaurant and is off street. the staff has always been fast friendly each time we've been there.

Sad they dont have onion rings anymore. Otherwise, absolutely delicious!

Went back today for lunch. The food was fine and the service was very nice. However, the outside of the restaurant looks like a dump. Cigarette butts everywhere including cans. Nothing inviting about that area. A couple of Smoker 's Outpost 's would be a big help, plus just a good pick-up and and cleaning,

The hostess was hardly at the front stand so there was quite a bit of waiting and back up in the entryway. The food was good, especially the croissants with honey butter and the cheese curds. I got a burger which was average. I asked for it medium and it was well done, but still tasted fine. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Our server was great and so kind!
