Bloomberg Bagels - Coram

I called to place an order and was left on hold for 5 minutes. When we went to pick up the bagels, they were as hard as rocks, like they were leftovers from the day before. Additionally, they had no record of my order. Very unprofessional and the bagels were terrible. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant is consistently welcoming, and the breakfast and bagels are delicious.

During our visit to this restaurant, we witnessed a male employee shouting at a vendor over the phone the entire time. The cashier seemed confused about what was actually available on the menu. The sandwiches we ordered were both incorrect: mine was supposed to have turkey, but instead, I was given old chicken pieces. Additionally, the sandwiches did not come with pickles or salads, and the tomato on one was spoiled. As a result, we experienced stomach aches and nausea after eating here. We do not plan on returning to this establishment.

Both sandwiches we got were wrong. Mine was supposed to have turkey but they gave me old chunks of chicken instead. They didn’t give a pickle or salad with the sandwiches, and the tomato on the sandwich was rotted. We won’t go back, especially since we had stomach aches and felt nauseous after eating here.

My order was placed for delievery off of menufy, then it was cancelled. I called bloomberg bagel to see what the issue was and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful with a solution. I asked to speak with someone else and was told no. If you like rude customer service this place is for you.
