I loved ordering from his truck so much I had Chef Nate his wife cater my wedding. Real food. Not just fancy hot dogs. Seafood Pasta, Prime Rib, the works! Had a tasting with him to personalize and make everything on point. It was amazing. I?ve also had holiday meals catered to my team at work. Never a disappointment.
