Bojangles - Cordele

I had an incredible experience! While traveling through the area, I decided to stop for lunch and wasn't sure what to order since it was my first time at a Bojangles. The manager, Cliff, was exceptionally kind and provided several suggestions and recommendations, making our visit truly outstanding! The customer service at the Bojangles in Soddy Daisy, TN, is top-notch!

My husband and I visited yesterday and ordered the 12-piece family meal with all white meat (which we paid extra for). We were fine with waiting for our order, but when it arrived, it included 4 thighs, 3 legs, 3 wings, and 2 breasts—not what we requested. Additionally, the chicken was overcooked.

How can a restaurant known for all-day breakfast not serve breakfast? When I asked why they weren't serving it, the shift leader just shrugged and said, "I just got here." I've never seen someone avoid responsibility so quickly! I decided to go elsewhere for food and fuel instead; it just wasn't worth spending my money here.

Wow, biscuits are good. Service great. I don't mind the price either, country ham and chicken are paper thin. Lol. Get back to what made you worth stopping for. It's processed food. Don't be cheap.

Y'all have got to do better, extremely poor quality of food. You need better training in that kitchen and stop treating it like a e-z bake oven from when you were 2 yrs old. This place used to be amazing, such a shame management couldn't keep the quality up.
