Back Yard Burgers - Cordova

The food wasn't good and the manager wasn't respectful to her employee. This was my first and last visit to this eatery.

Me and a family went there about 6:30 somewhere around that time they didn't get out order right the young lady on the phone FaceTime her boyfriend the whole time she was there it just didn't make no sense we spent 40 some dollars and didn't get no good service then you did give out food you gave us the wrong food it was just messed up all the way around the board management need to pay attention to the employee if they need to be on the phone FaceTiming a boyfriend please send them home

The order was rung up wrong then they tried to short my order. I had 2 go back for my receipt and the manager keke disagreed about the receipt being given to her then finally apologized upon finding it. The young lady working the window was rude no explanation. She removed the bag with my order in it to the back out of sight I was about to refuse whole 28.00 order. Will not return to this location .No Redemption hopefully you will have A better experience.

Dirty drive thru windows. Employees don't wear gloves or anything when handling food. Employee was handling drinks and food and in-between pulling her pants up and texting on her cellphone. Not sanitary at all. Seems like they have poor management. There were a few missing items on the menu. And when you call their stores number, goes straight to voicemail. They also have a hotline to make comments and they don't even answer and the voicemail is full and can't leave messages.

The order was wrong, then they tried to shorten my order. I had 2 back for my reception and the manager Keke did not agree about the reception given to her, then finally apologised when it was found. The young lady working in the window was rude, no explanation. She removed the bag with my order in her on the back from sight I wanted to deny quite 28.00 order. Will not return to this place. Hopefully you have a better experience.
