Green Bamboo Noodle House - Cordova

I can't believe I've worked so close to this restaurant and never tried it until now! The food is absolutely incredible – some of the best I’ve had in a while, and it was such a refreshing change. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back. You owe it to yourself to give it a shot!

Service was very good. I had the pho tai mixed with the spicy beef soup! Sooo tasty I will definitely return!

I had a great lunch at Green Bamboo Noodle House. I called before to make sure they could accommodate my plant based, gluten free, and vegan lifestyle. I wanted a soup, and the man that answered the phone told me exactly what I could get to meet my needs. When I arrived, I mentioned I was the one that called. He showed me on the menu what he had mentioned on the phone. I got the Cruciferous Soup, which is rice noodles with mixed vegetables. I asked if they could make it without carrots, since I have an allergy to carrots. They gladly accommodated all my requests everything came out perfect. Many other restaurants mess my order up because of all the changes, but they got it right the first time. The soup was healthy, delicious, very large, and filling. It also really cleared up my sinuses/allergy symptoms I was having due to the weather change. They also have rice noodle dishes on the vegetarian menu that can also be modified for me. I will be sure to check out other items next time.

Consistently delicious! Pad Thai is amazing! The pho is also good but as well as the salad. They even allowed us to make a quick to-go order right at closing (which I know was annoying but we were so grateful). We’ll remain faithful customers!
