Írjon visszajelzéstI think this is closer to Wolfchase. It is so much easier to deal with than the most important Cordova location on Trinity. The workers are kind and ready to go out their way to make your experience good.
Cold fries. Old stale food. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A MASK OR GLOVES . Called 5x never got a response. Order a 4 for $4. Fries weren't cooked. Burger was tore up, and a single when it was supposed to be a double. Chicken nuggets were not cooked to order. I do not eat fast good was ordering to review it. I came by 2 days later spoke with the manager Ashton, he refunded my order and even comped a meal. I will make sure he is known for his great customer service, and addressing the quality control issues from. Will definitely contact corporate and address is outstanding care for the customer and product.
Ordered chicken nuggets and 2 chocolate milkshakes. Nuggets were ok, but I only got one sauce packet. The milkshakes weren't mixed and tasted more like coffee than chocolate. I think that the nuggets should be cooked to order and at least 2 sauce packets should be given for a 10 piece order.
ANNEX I ordered a McRib Meal and a children of Hamburger Happy Meal. I ordered it to be locked and on the app it claims to have been fulfilled at 7.04PM. Then I waited 12 minutes without anyone coming out. I came out of my car and went to the store to listen to the staff Hollering and Cursing to each other, they were barely paying attention to the drive thru and just instantly process the orders in their system to make it seem like they were going faster. Then I stood there and heard that for 10 minutes with not one single person who came to me while I saw what my meal was on the counter. The lady who packaged the orders throughout this time did not wear gloves and scratched her head, ate and played on the phone. Then she said I'm not going out. What more than likely means that my order has been done for a while and has simply not been brought out. No excuse for me. I left a previous review for this special restaurant, but there seems nothing to have done. I will now limit this to the corporate channels. Below is the previous review. This place is extremely slow and lack of specialization in customer service and seems to lack the means to make some peep in their step to make the food and process the order in time. It's crazy to wait a total of 30-45 minutes for a family order of 4. Sometimes, during peak times, they manage to speed up orders faster, which no surprise tends to be wrong. Not sure whether they have gone under new management or simply stopped to maintain. In any case, it's totally ridiculous. You just don't seem to worry about the reviews or customer base yourself.
Probably the worst McDonald 's I have ever been too. Waited at drive through while both lanes were trying to get the employees to acknowledge they were there. Customers were saying, hello? multiple times and no response. This was over the course of several minutes. Finally decided I would go somewhere else. I slowly drove around and saw 3 employees on their phones congregated together. Looked like they were taking selfies and texting. This is just my last experience here. It always takes a long time. Can 't say the food has ever been horrible but the service is without excuse. These young kids that work there need some leadership to teach them to strive for a better life even when working fast food. They need to fire the manager and get a new one. That usually works to bring improvement
