Pacific Fusion Buffet Grill - Cordova

Best buffet. I don't have a bad thing to say except I needed a cart to take me to my car after all the great food. Things were hot, fresh, and tasty. I generally dislike Asian buffets but loved this one. Highly recommend.

OMG WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE. So delicious this NOT your normal buffet. The quality of the food is incredible. Very spacious, clean and modern! The Mongolian grill is very nice. The sushi is just fresh and wondrous. Now the price LESS THAN $10 FOR LUNCH WHAT?!?!?!? As a note this place is so organized that they have a guy who walks around and all he does is make sure EVERYTHING is up to par. AWESOME

Loved it!. I am not sure what the complaints are about. I have been twice during opening week, and I loved it. It's as if they took the pros out of every asian restaurant and combined it into one. From Genghis Grill, they took the add your own sauce along w/ sample sauce cups. From Eat Well, they took the variety of sushi, sashimi, and cocktail shrimp. They also have Thai, roast beef, and steak strips to go along with your usual Chinese food. What more can you ask for for only $11.99. I think it'll last well over a year. :

I don't understand the negative reviews. My wife I went on a Saturday afternoon around 3:00 (usually not a good time for any buffet). The sushi was better than any other buffet. The selection of food ranges from the expected to additional dishes such as curries and lemongrass fish. We both felt the atmosphere and price were compatible with the quality of food. Food was hot and flavorful. We plan on returning the next time we are in the area

This buffet is my Dad and my favorite. Everything is always clean and fresh. The restaurant is busy but there is always plenty of food. The kitchen staff is efficient and on top of things. They have made smart hires and re-organized for better efficiency. I would give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately, the sushi chefs tend to put mayo and cream cheese in their rolls, which I'm not a fan of. However, there are plenty of sushi options without these ingredients. I am looking forward to dining here again. Some of my favorite dishes are the Teriyaki Chicken skewers, Oyster Mushrooms, Dynamite Sesame Chicken, and Fried Zucchini.
