None of the Popeyes that I've been to lately cannot get an order right to save their life. You can now almost guarantee that your order will be wrong. It's like no one cares. And, some items as of late are way overcooked leading to chewy or hard inedible food. Make sure you check everything before you leave... Do better, Popeyes!Food: 5/5

Looked like chicken breasts getting smaller? We like to go inside for our to go orders. Less chance of it being messed up. Bad communications. On the bright side spicy chicken is very good.Food: 5/5

NEVER GOING BACK!!!! I ASKED FOR 8 PIECE DARK SPICY....THEY GAVE ME THE OLDEST LEG AND THIGH THAT WAS COOKED, THE OTHER 6 PIECES ALL WHITE MEAT!!! CHICKEN WAS SO OLD THAT YOU COULDN'T EVEN TASTE THE SPICY!!! $58.58 IS WHAT I SPENT .....LESSON LEARNED!!! THE 5 STARS IS TO GET YOUR ATTENTION!!! #I'MNOTMADD!!

I am rating the establishment in The Colony, Texas. Staff definitely needs customer training. They serve the smallest chicken leg ever. No food quality check. They just grab and serve. Come on now. I'm sure you could have sent that one back.Food: 1/5

Double check all orders before leaving this establishment. They will give you the wrong items, missing items or cold food. I've been ripped off by this place more than I care to admit. Management clearly doesn't care given the other poor reviews. Lake Cities food selections are rather poor and the ones we have provide horrible service like Popeyes.
