Írjon visszajelzéstI hate that I have to give them 1 star as they don't deserve a star. went to 8/14 and ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 chips and 1 gatorade. all chips and gatorade were on the counter together. vinnie called our order and I paid. we went out and were at the doorstep and he cried frim behind the register that we forget our fountain drinking. my daughter-in-law told him that my enkelin had got the gatorade. what I paid for btw. I'm looking at my reception now at home. he shouted in the business that the child meal came with a fountain drink and not a gatorade. I returned and went to the register and said I will pay for the gatorade, I am not a thief. so he was rude to scream and to speak under his breath to the heart in register and to burden me for the gatorade we will never return to this place again.

Ordered two subs today and both were incorrect!! Prices have increased and rolls have gotten smaller. So disappointed!! And you spelled my name wrong on this review section ?
Great people. Always a pleasure getting food here. Highly recommend this place.
The last time I ordered from this place, I also didn't receive the chips and drinks I had requested. Again, when I called, they said they had included them in the bag. Prior to that, I specifically mentioned that I cannot eat paprika and checked to ensure they wouldn't include it on my food. They assured me that they always follow instructions, yet my order arrived with paprika. On my first visit, they served me a low-quality bread that felt like sand in my mouth. I've never encountered such poor bread at any other Jersey Mike's, so I was really surprised. The food was so unpleasant that I couldn't even finish it. If these issues were isolated incidents, I could let them slide, but if my order gets messed up every single time, there's a serious problem. With such a lack of service quality, this place shouldn't be allowed to operate. I hope someone in management reads this and addresses these concerns. If I’m experiencing these problems, I’m sure many other customers are too. Each time I call to find out what went wrong, it feels like they’re trying to shift the blame. There's absolutely no accountability here. I give it ZERO STARS!
