Tried to order 3 piece dark meat and was told NO, I could not have it because it would throw their numbers off... something like that. I even said I would wait and got a flat out NO. (Isn't dark meat cheaper than white? Anyways, will never go back to this location. People certainly don't go there for good service.

The slowest lineup in Mary Browns ever! The chicken and fries were soaked in grease. I suspect that the fat wasn't hot enough or the chicken wasn't cold enough when they dropped the chicken in. No napkins! In a fried chicken place?

The owner should be ashamed of the trash food that the muppets working in the kitchen put out. Hairs in my taters. Asked for a big Mary with no pickle and I got a pickle stuck to the top of my bun and 2 small pieces of sad brown lettuce with mayo dripping everywhere. Overcooked old taters. An embarrassment to mary browns. If you are reading this do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. The subway next door is not bad.

Real slow service not enough staff to keep up with the orders on the app and the line up inside the restaurant. When i finally got served and got my meal it was cold. I Well not be back no time soon.
