Tai An Restaurant - Corner Brook

The food quality at this restaurant has significantly declined in the past year. I'm not sure what happened because it used to be excellent. Even their portions, including their egg rolls, have become much smaller. There are many better places to eat in Corner Brook currently.

This restaurant was a huge disappointment. It deserves a zero rating. The food was absolutely terrible- the worst Chinese I have ever had. We both ordered different stir fry dishes, but they both looked the same and were covered in a thick, sticky sauce. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I was initially hesitant to try this Chinese Canadian restaurant as I typically find the food to be underwhelming. Unfortunately, this place lived up to my expectations. The Soo Gui dish had a thin piece of chicken and the wontons were lacking meat. I would recommend trying other restaurants that offer better value for your money. Overall, this place serves standard chicken dishes with red sauce and nothing exceptional.

The food was good and the price was very reasonable. The only drawback is that the place is always empty and the atmosphere is heavy, you just want out.

They always have fresh, tasty food. Very fast, and a the owner is a sweetie! Great for a casual night out, or take-out.
