Mcdonald's - Cornwall

We only had coffee, but it was so bitter as to be undrinkable. I have always enjoyed McDonald's coffee so this experience was disappointing and surprising. Our server/cashier was very nice but her hands were shaking so badly I really wonder what is going on in this restaurant.

Listen, really lovely people working here. Cornwall is a lovely, down to earth city. But headquarters has to provide better management training and support. Give them a fighting chance. They’re understaffed for all shifts never seen them properly staffed regardless of when I’m there. McDonald’s can afford to do better.

The staff was very helpful when someone hurt themselves on the playplace. They did wonderful!

Always closed even though it says it’s 24/7Workers just sit outside

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's in all of Eastern Ontario. I spent over 15 minutes in the drive thru. The business really needs to fix this. If you're in a rush, don't stop here. Updated cause I just opened my food. The English muffin was rock hard. And now you can see why.
