Írjon visszajelzéstWe visited the Chapel Cafe this afternoon, such a shame as other members of staff are wonderful, apart from a terrible, rude man working there, who was extremely rude and obnoxious to myself and my family! The afternoon tea and cake was delicious, but totally ruined by an arrogant man with brown hair and a ponytail.
I visited this restaurant last year and it was excellent. I was unaware that it had changed ownership because the new owners do not have access to the website. The food we had was very nice, but I was disappointed to see that the breakfast menu was limited to only bacon, sausage, or egg rolls (or a combination of these). The gift shop is also no longer there, which made the atmosphere feel a bit lacking. The new owners were very nice, and I wish them the best of luck. I will post the current menu for reference.
Not much choice on the menu. Overpriced (ridiculously who offers a kids sandwich meal with 1 slice of bread with a bit of ham cut in 2 with a tiny bit of fruit on the side for £5? (And that’s without a drink! I understand you support local businesses, buying in produce etc but come on, a full sandwich with 2 slices of bread wouldn’t break the bank!! Cakes are £5 a slice and a BLT sandwich is £9
Very tasty sandwiches here and refreshing juice. Helpful, friendly staff as well.
Lovely cream tea and strong coffee. Perfect for eslking the SWCP!
