I can't recommend this place too highly! Having made regular visits over the years plus having my 80th Birthday celebration here, I more recently planned an 80th Birthday surprise party for my wife. This is an ideal venue for such an occasion, and Richard and Margaret go out of there way to please! The food is excellent, and there is plenty of it! With the champagne and wine flowing freely that night, my wife and I decided to stay the over for B B, and this turned out to be unbeatable value for money. I am told that this place is fully booked for Sunday lunch right up to the end of September, and it's only May, so this should tell you something! Book up here with confidence, you won't be disappointed!

Situated a short distance south of Bude near Wainhouse Corner, Trencreek Farm House is a must visit. It may feel a bit odd to enter someone's home for a meal after lounging in their living room, but don't let that deter you. The owners are not only welcoming, but also deliver exceptional service, including extra portions of meat and dessert! The Sunday Roast is fantastic, with meat sourced from a high-quality Cornish butcher. I highly recommend this place. Make sure to book in advance as it seems to be a popular spot.

Everyone in the area should visit Richard and Margaret. They are wonderful hosts who provide an exceptional dining experience. The food is delicious, reminiscent of homemade meals. We enjoyed a main course of roast pork with perfectly crispy roast potatoes and creamy dauphinoise potatoes, accompanied by a generous serving of Yorkshire pudding and a variety of vegetables. The apple sauce and gravy were exceptional. The dessert selection was impressive, and my wife and I both chose the cheesecake, which was light and creamy. We were so satisfied with our meal that we couldn't even find room for the tea and coffee offered at the end. Richard was very attentive, and we enjoyed chatting with him. Margaret is a fantastic cook, and together they work hard to create exceptional food and a welcoming atmosphere. It truly feels like a home away from home, where you are well-fed and warmly welcomed. We will definitely be returning.

Richard and Margaret are friendly hosts who immediately make you feel comfortable. The food is outstanding with delicious homemade soups and desserts, as well as roasts with a variety of fresh vegetables and exceptional roast potatoes. Once you find this place, you'll want to keep coming back!
