Írjon visszajelzéstThe food was pretty good, but the staff member was quite confrontational with some teenagers about sharing a drink instead of purchasing five separate drinks. Unfortunately, they ended up spilling it all over the floor. At least one of the kids returned to help clean up the mess, which shows that there are still nice people around. It would have been better if the staff focused on cleaning the tables and the food-covered floor instead of yelling at the patrons. To top it off, she had the audacity to interrupt me and ask that I let her know when I was leaving so she could "flip the tables" to prevent kids from hiding in the restaurant. If that’s how she’s going to behave, she might want to consider a different job. I should have just opted for Starbucks instead.
The location is fantastic. I really enjoy their coffee, and the Sip of the Month club makes it convenient to use the kiosk to sign in, grab my coffee, and be on my way. The food is delicious as well, though it is a bit pricier than I would prefer.
This restaurant really struggles with mobile orders. I usually keep my orders to a maximum of two items, yet they still manage to forget components, like the chips or pastries. For instance, I often order their chicken take sandwich, and it frequently arrives cold, overly drenched in sauce (even when I specifically requested a regular amount), or completely burnt. On one occasion, I ordered a cookie, and they simply tossed it into my bag without any pastry bag or packaging—it was just sitting at the bottom under my other items! I can’t recommend this place if you expect anything more than the bare minimum from a restaurant.
Please train your front desk worker. The line is out the door. At least 20 people popped in and walked back out. She?s averaging ten minutes to ring up each customer. I?ve never witnessed someone take so long to type two buttons in a cash register. Update:She was finally removed after giving the guy in front of me the wrong change even further delaying the line.
Fantastic service here at Panera. It was busy and the food was excellent....a big shout out to Claudyia our server who was first class and made us feel very welcome her Scottish accent needs a bit of work but I've every faith she'll nail it!!! A greatexperience and great food at reasonable prices.
