Írjon visszajelzéstWe decided to grab a cup of coffee and ended up trying a Dorty Hor (coffee with horchata) and a Dirty Nanna (coffee/horchata/banana). We also ordered two kolaches for breakfast - one with pulled pork and gouda, and the other with egg, chorizo, and cheese. The service was excellent at this small shop with friendly staff. My only suggestion is to heat the kolaches longer as ours were not fully heated through. We had to heat them again at home. They had a variety of delicious pastries, including gluten-free and vegan options. If you're in Corpus Christi, definitely check this place out!
My husband and I went for a morning ride and decided to make a quick stop for coffee and pastries. When we entered the restaurant, the staff greeted us promptly. As new customers, they were very helpful in answering our questions. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and is very well-maintained and clean. We ordered coffees and slices of pumpkin cheesecake. Although I am not a big fan of coffee, both my husband and I loved it! (They also offer teas and other drinks besides coffee, so there are options if you do not like coffee). Our coffees were flavorful and delicious, and the cheesecake was amazing. We appreciated that the cups and plates were made from recycled products. The only thing missing was a recycling bin for us to dispose of our recyclables. I highly recommend this restaurant for all your coffee, tea, and pastry cravings at any time of the day. It will definitely be our go-to spot for coffee cravings.
I had an incredible experience trying the Ethiopian Drupal coffee at this restaurant. The manager and staff were very friendly and enjoyable to chat with. We have definitely found our new favorite coffee spot.
Find this little joint while visiting Corpus...I love going where the locals do, I knew I was in the right place when I overheard the staff talking about the 'regulars '. Looked up the menu online and was ready to order the Ewok when I arrived. The girls behind the counter where helpful when I asked for the lowest calorie milk and the coffee was delicious! There is a small selection of pastries, including vegan options, and a small retail space. I will visit again when I 'm in town!
I came here for the supposed vegan options, but all I saw was a single vegan cupcake in the dessert case. The next challenge was to get the attention of the two women on the table. When I said I just wanted a cupcake, one of them said she was right back. I was the only person in “line”, think. For about 10 minutes I wait laboriously, while a woman seemed to fill an order from the ride through the window and served the other and plagued with a table of young men. The speed of the service was, we say, a train. I finally got my cupcake, but the hostess seemed disappointed when I said I wanted nothing else. I would have got a coffee with CBD because I'm pretty sure everyone in the building already had a shot or two this morning, based on their Latvian demeanor. The menu had no other vegan options, although it lists almond milk and lemonade. How was the cupcake? It looked like it was sitting for one or two days. The cake was dry, but the frost was good. Would I come back? Probably not. You would think a hippie stone place would be much more vegan friendly.
